Overall a great experience! Although we initially were only granted temporary residency when we were expecting to get permanent residency, Richard went above and beyond to fight for us to get us the decision he thought we deserved and within a week we had been granted permanent residency. He didn't have to help with that as we could have just waited to see if it would come through on the two year mark from when we applied and then just applied again for it if it didn't come through. He had done his job, but then he went out of his way to fight for us and the result was amazing. We really appreciate everything Richard has done and would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help with their residency applications! Thank you Richard!!
