I had cause to engage Angela Engel from Aitken Legal in 2013 and wished I had engaged her years before and I possibly would not have had the issue I did with a disgruntled emplolyee.nAngela was of huge assistance. Her wealth of knowledge of the various acts relating to employment law is invaluable and to an Employer is a minefield of legal obligations.nnAngela grasped the tricky concept of the matter (or what I thought to be tricky she took as normal), explained my rights and obligations as an employer in easy to understand terms, and put my case forward to Tribunal.
