We had Greg install our system about 8 years ago and when we noticed a problem early last year gave him a buzz. He remembered our job and arranged promptly to come and check things out. Turns out the system had been damaged in a lightening storm and he was able to help us with our insurance claim and the installation of a new system. He returned earlier this year when we had a minor fault with the inverter to fix things up. Notwithstanding he is based on the GC and we are in Brisbane he and his team are always helpful, approachable and provide great service with no fuss.

Omega are an awesome company to deal with. My experience with them fixing and maintaining the system on the home I live in was so good, I had them install a 6.6kw system on a second home.nnThe quality of the install is very neat and tidy.nnThere was an issue with the new inverter that appeared not long after install, and they had it replaced within hours on the same day the fault appeared. Most other companies would leave you hanging. Not Omega.nnDo yourself a favour, don’t go the cheapest, follow Omegas advice (they know what they are doing) and don’t use anyone else.

I contacted Omega Solar and Batteries to conduct a solar system audit after purchasing my property recently. They were very professional and thorough. Afterwards, Jonathan spend a lot of time talking me through the audit and gave great advice on how to benefit more from my current system. I will definitely be using Omega when considering an upgrade or replacement of my current system.
