I have been talking to Jadon for over a year and found him and the company to be first rate. The day when the installers turned up they suggested that we abort the job due to the roof, as it needed to be re roofed, they then waited another few months before they could come back. They were very patient and very professional and the installers were first class. i would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to anyone else.

I had Gold Coast Solar Power Solutions installed my solar system in 2014 and when our body corporate switchboard was upgraded the electrical contractor was incompetent with limited knowledge of solar. When i initially contacted Jadon with my problem he had Simon contact them immediately but they refused to access his expertise.nDuring the next 7 weeks with constant contact between me attempting to confirm with the electrical contractor what the problem was and contacting Jadon and Simon with updates they were out immediately i had access to the switchboard and solved the issue straight away even though it was 7 years ago.nThe service is unprecedented and very welcoming when comparing it to the electrical contractors lack of support.
