Robert and his team provide exemplary service with a friendly approach. The advice is comprehensive and considered, the results are fantastic, and dealing with them all is an absolute pleasure. Many accountants can help you with keeping track of your books and tax, but Invigor8 go out of their way to help run your business optimally and align your finances with strategic goals. Very disappointed in the customer service and professional communication from this company.nnI engaged Invigor8 on a referral form a friend and have been looking for a great accountant to assist with investment property.nnFrom initial conversations i advised the investment position and the other particulars, i was then informed of a quote to carry out this work to which i agreed, during the process i realised there was additional items to add to which i emailed about and received an adequate response of how much extra that would subsequently cost as it would take more time which is understandable and expected.nnThe return was lodged and i received an invoice over the quoted amount discussed, in my opinion i should of been informed as to how much this would likely go over irrespective of the amount and received an accurate quote to begin with as this may of swayed my selection in continuing with the service, even being told mid process the price has changed would of been adequate instead of seeing a figure on an invoice I had never seen before with no communication priornnI will not be using this company again on the very principle that customer service and communication is critical!
