I was very impressed with the service. It is good to call a service provider and be greeted by a friendly and professional voice by phone and then have the service that was promised delivered. I received the call as was expected from the serviceman to let me know he was on his way. He got there and did not muck around found the fault with my dishwasher, showed me the fault and gave and honest assessment all within the minimum call out time.
