Helpful and thorough. Good to find that Tax Associates have all tax returns scrutinized by a highly trained panel before ATO lodgement.
Very expensive for a very simplistic tax return. Possibly under new mangement, as last year this cost me $100 for a standard tax return (only employed under one company) with no deductions and most recently it has gone up to $140 with no prior knowledge or advising. I understand $40 may not seem very much, but why pay extra when you can go somewhere cheaper and have the same result?

Pretty much same feeling as the previous review except I was lied to by the head office I have used hr block for three years and so have many of my friends. I was meant to receive my return and didn’t I questioned this they blamed the tax department so I rang them turns out hr block put in a different account number to pay the return too! it’s always been the same number! My advice steer clear of them someone who you are trusting with your money can’t get an account number right isn’t right for the job. I am glad I have managed to speak to several friends that use them and they have all gone else where and won’t be returning. In short go anywhere else !!!! I mean anywhere.
