Turned up for an appointment today, sat around for 15 minutes before being told they double booked and asked me to come back in 30 minutes.. no problem. Came back after 30 minutes then sat around for half an hour more. Was then asked if I could come back tomorrow or send files in for my tax return.. Umm no - I'm here for tax advice relating my specific situation. I took time off work to make the appointment. Very unprofessional, will be going elsewhere.
