50 Spices Indian Restaurant Ashgrove

This place is the best. Food is always amazing, staff are super nice, always have food ready within 15 minutes, great prices.nThe only problem with 50 spices is that once you try it you'll find it hard to stop! They also have given me free desserts sometimes! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!

Excellent. I rarely give 5 star reviews but this place absolutely deserves it. Price and quality are both amazing. My favourite is the Chef’s special goat curry and my partner loves the mushroom sagwala made vegan (with coconut cream instead of dairy cream). It’s more of a hole-in-the wall takeaway place but we do sometimes bring a bottle of wine and dine in which is lovely too. I wouldn’t recommend dine in for larger groups as the seating area is very small, but for just the two of us that adds to the charm of the place.

Really good food with an interesting Asian twist like coconut rice, I go there especially for the onion bhaji which are excellentnExtra review a month later: been ordering here weekly, trying different main dishes each time, every time the food has been exceptional, I am from the UK where Indian food is a way of life, I can say these guys are by far the best I have ever had in Australia, keep up the good work! Everyone in my house loves you!

They offer spice/heat level customisation got two different curries both mild. However both too hot for 3 out of the 4 of us. Don't know if an error in the order or something else but don't intend to go back again to find out.

Missing all the naan and half the starters on a delivery. 65 minutes later still no additional items and a cold takeaway. In addition the bhajis were burnt and the chicken biryani was actually lamb. Poor and wouldn't use again No attention to detail and no remedial action from their error.
