If you aren't going to open on Good Friday, it would be helpful for the web site to reflect this. I came from Bracken Ridge as the site said you were open till 5.30pm. Not happy.

I only saw from the outside after hrs. Although 1st impressions mean a lot to me and considering it is and Independently owned franchise just down the way from the other B hardware competitor, the outside looked clean tidy they had plenty of merchandise advertising all over. I got an impression of an old town, semi rural quality product good customer service and family owned. The type of store that builds relationships with their customers and provides advice on products and best value for money.
