Wonderful service. The flower sent to my family in Perth was beautiful and exactly what I want. Won't go anywhere!

I was a walk in customer looking for some lillies late on a Saturday morning. There was a nice bunch of white lillies available that were partially opening, but I was after some colour and some closed ones to last the week. The owner went to work on the spot adding to the bunch and created an absolutely beautiful bouquet, which 1wk later is still opening and sending amazing fragrance through the house. Could not be happier with the service and quality of the flowers.

Great flower shop with lots of beautiful gifts. Very friendly staff.

After calling several florists Kay was only one that offered a service that customers look for. She called her courier to see if they would come back after collection to do another delivery. Hands down great customer service right there. And I was calling from Townsville. The stunning arrangement really said i love you grandma. Thank you for your great customer service Forever Flowers.
