Poor customer service. My husband paid $180 for a native boquet which was prepaid 2 weeks in advance for my birthday. Florist did not call until the morning of my birthday to notify him that there was no natives florals in stock. Not only did they fail to offer a discount or provide a suitable alternative matching the value, the bouquet chosen was dull, average and definetly not worth $180 especially the flowers chosen, 3 roses and a few lilies to name a few. Not only was the boquet disappointing, it arrived at 4pm, the day was practically over. Would not recommend this service.
