I have never had my tax done with a less professional company for both customer service and tax return effectiveness. I would not recommend using this company. After no less than 6 phone calls where the receptionist politely refused to put me through to the accountant that was dealing with my tax return - they had no contact with me apart from the first 20 minute consultation. The office then proceeded to charge me $385 for the pleasure of not getting hold of anyone. It took them no less than 6 weeks to process my return and even then, their return estimate came back at 35% less than any other tax accountant's estimate of my return for that year.
