I only buy when the stock is too high for the H&M Collection, 2-3 years old. Employees attack, constantly walk behind customers and "smoke their necks", where by the code I turn she is a meter away from me. This minus deserves more than their superiors because it obviously tailors them to the same mold, strangely enough the same situation with employees in every shop. If I answer "no thank you, I just want to look" to the question "can I help you", then all I have to do is look at each other. Let your customers breathe. And with that customer walk you give us a signal that you are looking at each one of us as a potential thief, not a buyer.
