He doesn't deserve me one star. If you ask the waiter for a glass of water over coffee he attacks you and insults you and the owner joins. What is normal in the civilized world in this cafe is characterized as a whim and frustration that I should leave at home. I note that they didn't even stop me from drinking coffee with such behavior just because it was raining, so I couldn't go any further.

Inhospitable staff. The cafe owner treats frustrations over guests. They bring what you don’t order, they don’t bring what you order. In the end you get the answer that the guests are there because of them, not them because of the guests. Bypass this cafe in a wide arc 👎🏻
