I suppose that's a typical provincial bank office in Bosnia. We were very thankful for exchange of local marks into Euros.

God did not give anyone that misfortune, not even my worst enemy, to do business with this bank. Poor service, slow as a snail, they let go, they don't know how to do their job completely, but they have learned three protocols that spin. Working hours as in some Utopia. If you want to do business, and you have a job or obligations at the faculty - you will never get to do anything with this bank. Unfortunately, I speak as a client. They are terrible! The only good thing is the new design of the bank's interior and, lo and behold, that they are relatively cheaper in terms of account maintenance compared to other banks. The latter is not worth it. Deuce barely.
