We were very disappointed about our night. Noisy room, no shutters, no wifi, hard beds, The breakfast was not ok.

+nicest staff I've had in a hotel and at the same time unobtrusive +fridge ~You hear the neigboring shower (but not loud) ~the frigde is quite loud (but you could unplug it)

It was Horrible ! The room was very little and noisy, there are no shutters, only curtains, so were woken up by the sun. The breakfast is a buffet but the quality is very bad for a hotel with « 4 stars. » The price is too expensive for the services It is also mentioned an access to internet via wifi, but it does not work at all. Furthermore, the personal of the hotel told us we could park our car inside until the day after, but when we got back to get our car, they closed the gate and did not want us to pick our car back: they asked us 10 euros for it: it’s a form of racket and we can’t beat it from a 4 stars hotel. We are deeply unhappy. We stayed in Sarajevo for 4 days and it was the worst hotel ever ! Go for another one, they are plenty of around that are cheaper and much better !!!!
