Carpe Diem

I am rating hotel 5 stars and would rate 10 stars if possible but paradoxically the restaurant / bar staff gets zero stars. Hotel rooms are true beauty and style, I enjoyed my stay in relaxing bedroom and awesome shower cabin Housekeeper does a great job and receptionists at front desk could work at any luxury hotel in world. Especially I was amazed by genuine hospitality provided by Mirha Delic at front desk and she made my stay a true beauty and miracle by all means (The Chef) Lady of the Kitchen cooked one of the best pastas I tasted in my entire life But, paradoxically my positive critics goes out to owner in choosing bar/restaurant waiters more wisely in the future ... First morning of the breakfast I was told to chose anything from the menu as they do not offer banquet style and then after breakfast I was charged 4 BAM for the fresh orange juice, which is standard morning drink in even cheapest motels around the entire world In general the waitress and waitresses downstairs do not match hospitality and professionalism that such establishment deserves. They forget to serve food for more than 15 minutes, busy flerting with each other behind the bar 😂 and on the last day of my stay one of the waitresses completely forgot to take my order since she was busy playing with a friend's baby so I wondered if I was in a boutique hotel or a kindergarten No bad feelings, like I said best intentions for owner to hire more polite bar staff that better match the beauty and elegance of his wonderful little hotel. Not bad overall. A little bit too pricey for what they offer.

Food OK , service OK, ambient and restrooms one of the best I ever seen. Owner spent time and money, like it. We will be back.
