Since I am a mother of five and am expecting my sixth child over the years I have heard a lot of positive things about Prime. There was no need to ever visit them because we have very good pediatricians in the Health Center and most of us are healthy, so when I had the opportunity today to get a medical certificate in a high stage of pregnancy, I gladly agreed to take the child to Prim and pay more 20KM in the Health Center purely for practical reasons. The child had the findings taken out and I was told that the leukocytes were elevated. Of course an antibiotic was going on, I knew that, but I didn't expect to be told that "it's a broad-spectrum antibiotic, that it will cure whatever the child has because the doctor doesn't know what's wrong with her and after I took all the findings from them. But come on and the man is silent in the hope that everything will be ok. I expected for the agreed money to get a doctor on which it says the child can not go to kindergarten. Not every doctor is affirmative and this is normal. For my money Dr. must give an opinion that or No. However, Dr. not only did not write it in the format I paid for, ie which I agreed to pay, but she wrote on a small piece of paper that she thought she had genital inflammation (again, I said that I thought she might have it because she a little sometimes red and she didn’t check) and sent that paper to collect as a specialist finding.
The saga begins at the reception when the sister starts sweating, stuttering, trying to say something and in the end she says that she is uncomfortable and that others. sometimes she just does it like this, that she now has to charge 70KM because dr. She did not write in the form of a doctor. I was sorry nurse, so I paid otherwise I wouldn't have given even more KM than agreed for (negative) medical.
I did not, nor would I go to Prim for a specialist examination because I have a very good pediatrician. I have visited many public and private health care institutions, but I have not experienced anything like this. Such an obvious kidnapping from children's mouths that I will never see again in my life. Every extra dinar that could be said that they kidnapped from the mouths of my children, I want them to really need in life. If they had told me they were so hungry I would have donated extra to them. I will not forgive and let them live with it. I would never recommend to anyone this place where the eyes of money are hungry. This nation has learned to kidnap, but kidnapping the most endangered categories, ie pregnant women, children and the sick, is certainly the bottom line. After that, you can't go any further, so think carefully about where you want to take your child, because in this very poorly equipped and inadequate institution, child care is almost non-existent. The only thing that exists and what is looked at is the parents' wallet. For your money in every other place including JU Dom Zdravlja Zenica you will get a much better service.
Never again with them.
