Sat down and ordered, few minutes after 6pm. There are no opening hours in Google and all bars in the alley were open. I ordered my drink, after two sips (so just a couple of mins later) the waitress dropped by that I have to pay now, right after that they shut down all lights. I sat in the dark with a nearly full drink, I left it and moved on. Nobody told me they would close soon, it was also a weird time. Perfect example of 'we-don't-give-a-f%#k'

We had a terrible experience here. My wife (a native Bosnian) and I had a meeting with a charming gentlemen aged 70+ years. We had a round of drinks outside, and paid the waitress. Then, a thunderstorm commenced so we decided to move inside and had another drink. The waitress then left to run an errand shortly after we paid her. We were intercepted by a very rude and aggressive barman saying 'you haven't paid for your drink'. We assured him we had paid, and he refused to believe us and blocked the exit. He then swore at our guest, using a local expression involving "mother's anatomy" (I'm sure Serbo-Croat speakers know what I mean). When the waitress returned from her errand and confirmed that we had, in fact, paid and he had misheard the exact opposite of her remark, he offered the most minimal apology imaginable. This is a complete contrast to the treatment I have enjoyed everywhere else in Bosnia in the last 20 years, and a shocking way to behave to customers 3x his age.
