When we booked we were convinced we had rented the whole house because it said so in the description. However, while we were staying in the house we were not alone because the gentleman who maintains and rents the house was also in the house which was not understandable to me. We couldn't even get the key, but the gentleman was waiting for us to come back from the trip so that he could unlock it for us and let us into the house. I think it’s the wrong approach and it’s not professional. The gentleman who stayed in the house all the time was very kind and helpful, but it could be noticed that he was also uncomfortable with the whole situation. I guess the owners want it to go that way.
