Good value for money. Close to old town (10 to 15 mins walk). It is as good as you can get for the price range. Kenan is super friendly.

Very nice host. So the circumstances were that the accommodation was booked an hour before the settlement and we were able to accept. Not expensive, not far from the center, comfortable beds, stable Wi-Fi, no problems with hot water. The room was cold (May month), the heater didn’t help much, but the blankets were warm, they didn’t freeze in a dream. There is a garage.
