The old mosque in Milanovac was built during the Ottomans in the second half of the 17th century, and is one of the oldest mosques in northeastern Bosnia. It has been thoroughly renovated several times before. After the construction of the new mosque, the old mosque is used only when performing genres and during Ramadan for the worship of terawat spreads.
