Shopping card wait months, absurd! I have not yet received any response, but came to check and then informed me. Staff unkind, utterly unprofessional. You even have to wait for the paperwork to close the account. While some are trying, calling and offering, they all make you close your account and every business, judging by your approach to clients. On contact numbers - impossible to get. the months of arrivals, and returns, are not even able to be notified.

The largest group of uneducated and inhospitable hadals in one place in the HNK. A place where counter workers treat personal frustrations and fears on clients and where a security guard wonders more than the branch managers themselves and sheds nervousness. Warm recommendations if you want to learn how not to behave in public places.

Workers wait too long to clear ordinary transactions even though working for three waits can be up to 15 minutes

I waited 35 minutes for the 3 people in front of me to finish. The woman was wrong, blowing, coming to a colleague, questioning, coming back, blowing again. In the end, I somehow got in line to just go talk to another colleague. Disaster and God forbid anyone !!! I'd rather go to another city next time than there. Horror!!!
