The mobile application displays incorrect or false information about the account balance, transaction dates and any movements in the account. The application shows that the money was taken from the account on one date, with one account balance, and on the account statement totally different data. Unkind staff in the branch 25.1. 14:25, a gentleman who rolls his eyes at pointing out the problem and looks mockingly at other people, as if I'm not there. Recommendations to all users to leave this bank, and do not do business or try to do business with it.

No paper for reports. ATMs are obviously working on pirated windows, constantly malfunctioning. Poor maintenance service. In the last week or so, there have been constant failures at ATMs, and they do not have a toll-free number to which you can report an ATM failure or have an ATM swallow your card. Too little staff who are constantly under pressure from clients and for a wonderful miracle patient and kind. All bank services are charged, although it would be normal for some of them to be free of charge because they make it easier for the bank to operate. For example, they charge for using a mobile app that allows you to view your account balance and pay by mobile phone for free. For a wonderful miracle, they do not charge air during their stay at the office. Reviewing is my personal experience of the place and is subject to change in the event of service improvement or deterioration. If you like it, bark.

They are quite uncooperative and the staff very rude. Awful thing. The worst bank in Mostar, probably.

Uncomfortable and aggressive staff. They answer any question that they don't have time and that I should come another time ... here they are the only ones working and we have time to throw away ... a terrible disappointment ... the worst from personal bankers !!! Even the lady-personal banker in question didn't want to tell me her name and surname ... Every serious personal banker, the first thing he does is give you a business card ?????????? Who employs such people ??? I will find out her name and write a complaint to the headquarters in Sarajevo ... she aimed at a hard nut!
