On the hill Stari grad in memory of seven Russian volunteers who died on the territory of the Visegrad municipality in the last defense-patriotic war from 1992 to 1995. The initiative for setting up this memorial was initiated by associations from Zvečan, the Voluntary Society for Prevention and Assistance in Emergency Situations "April 12" and the Association of War Veterans of the 1990s. The cross is four meters high and weighs about 400 kilograms, in order to at least be indebted to the fallen Russian volunteers who came from distant Russia to fight for the Republika Srpska. A central monument to 37 killed Russian volunteers who fought and died on the battlefields throughout the Republika Srpska was erected at the military cemetery on Megdan in 2009.
