The monument to Draža Mihailović in Draževina had a turbulent history, and it was moved several times from the locations where it was located. The monument was made in 1991 in Belgrade, and was the first monument dedicated to Draža Mihailović. In 1992, he was transferred to Vukovar, where he was until the fall of Slavonia and Baranja. After Vukovar, he was transferred to Brcko via the Republic of Serbia in 1998, where he remained until the end of 2003. The Ravnogorski pokret Brčko ceded the monument to the Ravnogorski pokret Višegrad in 2004. The monument to Draža Mihailović was unveiled at the current location in Draževina on July 17, 2004, with the blessing of Metropolitan Nikolaj of Dabro-Bosnia for the construction of the church of St. Nicholas on the same location. On that occasion, the monument was unveiled by veterans of the Ravnogorski movement, Veljko Planinčić and Aleksa Mandić. The monument was consecrated by the clergy of the Visegrad and Rudanj parishes, as well as the monks of the Dobruna monastery. The consecration of the monument was attended by the President of the Ravnogorski Movement of the Republic of Srpska, Dušan Sladojević, as well as the President of the Ravnogorski Movement of the Republic of Serbia, Draško Stoisavljević. The monument is life-size and made of concrete. It is painted in the color of gold. Due to the type of material from which it was made, as well as due to relocation, the monument is repaired every year. The last renovation was in 2014.
