They don’t have paperwork at ATMs so you can’t even see your account balance. In order to use the Mobile Banking application, you must allow access to your contacts and photos. They did not update the removal of inactive or non-existent ATMs from google maps, so for example in Modriča you will stay short-sleeved for your money. We are happy to have an account in another bank, so when it is very important, we also have a reliable one.
