Automatically adds 4€ hidden transaction fee. You don't see it and you don't get the option to cancel it

We had to pay 4 euro (!!!) transaction fee. Absolutely ridiculous!

Charge extra transactions fee, none of the other banks do, so avoid rewarding their greed.

A bank where I have no objections to work, after all, I don't know the banking sector, I guess it's ok, but I don't like the fact that the young man who works there as a security guard treats other employees like a wolf dog .... that guy could one day save the life of one of them ...
