This is both a mosque and a Kadiri tekija. I was invited once to a breakfast and they were very nice people. @Zsolt : The flags inside are not Saudi, but Ottoman flags. Try to join prayers and see how different they are than ordinary sunni mosques. Their zikr after prayer is short but effective

Rarely see a wooden or just wood-covered jade. Well, Timurhan Nezir's jam is like that. Unfortunately, I couldn't find out more on the net. As I see in a picture by G.Maps and in his opinion, he writes, "Sunni Mosque," but most of Sarajevo's mosques are Sunni Islam. Maybe what's interesting: inside the prayer, there are two Saudi Arabian flags. So maybe we're even closer if we assume it may be a wax.
