If you happen to be an expat/tourist I recommend you to be aware of one vile, mean cashier who goes by the name "selma". She's in her mid forties, short salt and pepper hair, 173cm with a racist, nasty attitude. Besides being physically rude by abruptly throwing the item I was buying, she loudly refused to accept my bank note claiming there was no change, although I showed her my wallet that I had no other bank notes on me. When I was forced to use my international debit card, she refused to touch it on the payment machine and insisted that I enter the pin number by withholding my own card. I had to do so twice, which was followed by a verbal scuffle between me and her. She started to threaten me with the police and I told her the only person the police is taking away is her. Everything was recorded on CCTV. Such people do not deserve to serve customers, especially in a big brand name like Konzum which I always shop at. For now this branch is getting two stars until this horrible employee is disciplined so she'd learn not to mistreat any customer ever again. Update: Action has been taken and justice has been done. Well done Konzum for taking customer satisfaction as a priority.

Everything is great, but they don't have items like in other Konzum stores. We should listen to customers a little
