Certainly one of the better, and for me the most personal agency in the city! Friendly staff of smiling faces, there is to satisfy every wish for the flight, weekend, holidays, good arrangements, good conditions, extra extras, all praise and wit for the complete team of Avio Ekspress! 👋🤗☝️

Morocco-Spain round trip: -Many locations provided for in the paid travel plan were not visited, such as Alhambra, the guides took us in front of the palace and briefly told us when and who built the palace (in addition to so many interesting things about this building) and said that they could not get tickets and that it was not up to them, although individuals reserved their seats in the gender group. years before the trip. -Instead of visiting the sights of Morocco and Spain, we spent most of our time in restaurants and cafes "taking breaks" where for very scarce meals were given about 15 € per person, although lunch was not provided. We also had organized visits to fairly expensive stores where presentations of certain products were held, although these same products can be purchased at a lower price elsewhere. Over an hour was spent in such places, while about 10 minutes were left to enter the mosque (two of which we could enter, the others we only saw from the outside). -During the visit to Seville, the whole day was ruined because the agency overlooked that that day was non-working due to Easter and the procession. However, this did not stop the guides (a guide from Sarajevo and a local guide) from going to the Sevilla-Barcelona match and leaving about 20 people in the hotel instead of organizing some alternative activity when they had already made a mistake. -The trip from Marrakech to Fes took 13 hours instead of the scheduled 4-5 hours, including lunch, coffee and toilet breaks that no one asked for. -The guide Emir is very unprepared, for his presentations (which are very confusing, quite inaccurate and incomprehensible due to numerous grammatical and semantic omissions, as well as the vague speech - stuttering, etc.) is prepared while driving using Wikipedia which is an unreliable source of information as could be observed during the presentation. He also translates very poorly presentations of local guides in English, a lot of improvisation, unnecessary commenting, as well as misinterpretation of certain information. -The organization of the trip is very bad, it was always late and the whole group waited on a couple of occasions for an individual who expressed a desire to e.g. buy something - instead of organizing so as not to waste time, the guides allowed the whole group to fall out because of the wishes of the individuals. Also, on one occasion, the bus started even though two members of the group did not get on the bus, so we returned because the guide did not count well. By the way, the group was very polite, tolerant and harmonious, especially in that the agency made a number of unforgivable mistakes and that for the price of the trip everything had to be at a much higher level and that professional people were needed to organize such an endeavor.
