I will not write that it is the best bakery, but I always stop by, stop to rest on the way to Zenica and most often to Travnik. Upon entering, you can see a repertoire that radiates smell and colors as painted and aligned to an empty stomach. Bread, so which, so ..white..so ... I'm torturing the saleswoman And, that full sabura is full of bags and muffins and frtalja burek casserole that in 1.5km, full of meat smells. Kifle 0.20km beautiful ...... And inside, behind the double doors, you can see the honest masters of the dough, white and their eyebrows made of flour, and next to them burekdzije ..... This harmony is not very common to see, and is reminiscent of some series and movies. It is reminiscent of a time when work and sweat provided an opportunity for an honest life. I did not exaggerate if I support the work and harmonious workers in the bakery "Ermina". It should be seen and, by God, tried.
