Without doubt this shop has amazing stuff, helpful, knowledgeable, polite, pleasant, made us feel very welcome even though we hadn't rode a bike for over a decade, they assured us that through after sale service we will be looked after, which made us feel really secured in our purchase. Disappointment every day Wanted to buy a child seat for my kid so called them up to ask whether they truly have what they state on their website. The guy who picked up the phone didn't speak English. No worries, we went there on Monday. After waiting for a while the seller informed us that maybe tomorrow they will have the seat . We went back on Tuesday. They still didn't have that seat. Maybe tomorrow. So we went back on Wednesday. Guess what, they still didn't have. The hardest part to deal with was their ignorance, they didn't give a f* to serve the customers. My friend asked whether if I know a bike shop nearby. I said yes, M-Bike Shop. After a while I asked him what was his experience about M-Bike: he said man you won't believe: I went there to change the tire on the wheel of my bike (he removed the wheel so only the tire needed to be changed). They told him it will be ready - guess what - maybe tomorrow. Then he went back next day and of course it wasn't ready. Then he had to go back twice in the following two days when he finally get his tire changed.
