Staff is irresponsible, 1/5 times they'll pick up the info line phone. A lot of time they're wandering around the station rather than work at their post. Toilet is gross, yet is charged for. Considering that this is Bosnia, it shouldn't be that surprising, but they always manage to take it to the next level.

The girl who worked as an escort (I think her name was Rabia) was terribly unkind and rude. She started yelling and yelling because she couldn't explain when there was a line I asked her.

Dirty, what the hang of it is. They're just polite at the counter, all the disaster left.
