It was a pleasant experience to work with this car rental company in summer 2019. They even hold our luggage for a day while we took a bus day trip and came back to pick up car. There wasn't any problems with returning car at Sarajevo airport. They emailed us returning location link and receipt and dropped us off at departure terminal. Highly recomend City Rent a Car at Mostar.5 star 🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅

Needed a local car rental from Sarajevo center without needing to go back to the airport. Was able to order from City Rent online and was also able to return the car in Dubrovnik. Once in Sarajevo I needed to bring forward my rental, and was able to call the local office with no problem and speak in English and change my reservation. On the day of pickup, the car was ready at the time that I had reserved and was also the exact model that I had reserved on my reservation. Staff were young and very helpful, polite with even a sense of humour. Have no hesitation in recommending City Rent for people renting in Sarajevo / Dubrovnik A+++++

Hi We rented 3 times over a 5 day period. Very helpful prompt service. Great location 150 meters from the main old town in Mostar. Each rental car was clean low km with excellent navigation. On returning our rental on the first day at about 6 pm there was a unbelievable thunderstorm with drenching rain for about 45 minutes. Our plan was to take a taxi back to our hotel which would have resulted in us getting very wet. The excellent service staff drove us back to our hotel. It doesn't get better than that. Thank you! Rent a car with these guys!

When we came to the office , it was closed. So we called the telephone number. The quick response made it easier for us. The car that we rented was still in a good shape and everything about the car was fine. The renter was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic serves. They provided (very competently and professionally) exactly the service I needed: pick up at Split Airport and drop-off and at a location in Herzegovina. This is something that is not easy to find, especially at a reasonable price. It was all smooth and easy. Will definitely use again.
