I loved Mostar and it's people but I had such a bad experience at the bus ticket office. I had a ticket to Sarajevo that I changed to Jablanica to enjoy more and stay longer in Bosnia. From there I'd go to Konjic . Later I found out that Tito's bunker visit in konjic was only available for that day in the morning. So I had to change again to visit this place first. The woman in the ticket office was really mad at me. She didn't change the ticket (because she didn't want to, not because it was not possible) and she was really rude even saying "it's not my problem it's your problem". I'd understand if it was not possible to change and of course I'd pay extra for that, but she could've been nicer in the way she spoke to tourists. Sometimes things don't go as we planned. Tourism information online in Bosnia is not very clear so these mistakes might happen. I bought another ticket and told her to give the other to someone who needed it, but she didn't want to. Hope this attendance improves in the future so tourists can have a good experience as in any other place of lovely Mostar. This complaint is not about the money , it's about how to treat people nice.

We had a very bad experience with this operator. Before boarding the bus, the driver opened the luggage compartment an when we loaded our bags he asked for 10KM, for the fare. We aksed for the ticket, but he didn't give one and was not even trying to speak english. After boarding the bus he showed us the ticket and demanded the price, 17KM. I started to argue that I just payed 10, but there was no choice, as he just pretended to not listen. As if they sniffed out that we were in a real need and couldn't afford to cancel our trip. So we ended up paying a €5 compulsory tip for a corrupt sun of a beach :))

The staff selling a bus ticket asked me more money than the cost of it. Really ridiculous!! Also I had to wait for the bus for a long time. When the bus arrived later, the bus driver said that it doesn't go to my destination. I couldn't understand the situation at all and it's all to buggery. I was so angry!!!

The bus drivers ignore passengers on stations, because they can't wait for few seconds, for the passenger to walk to the bus because of the icy pavement!! What arrogant and unfriendly drivers they have. I would recommend Globtour over them and they are cheaper. Even Bregava is better than this lousy excuse of a company. Seriously, they should fire older drivers since they are grumpy and impolite!

It would be good to modernize this old city station. It looks really neglected, but it's quite ok. In any case, all the recommendations.
