Amazing hotel, amazing rooms, amazing view and amazing food! Our room was warm and clean, sheets smelled super nice, everything was on point! We had a view directly onto the ski area, from our balcony. The staff was super kind, they were always available for any type of request and always kept asking if we needed anything. I recommend this hotel from my heart.

I would love to write about experience in hotel but it is impossible since no one is answering at e mails for booking. So, this is my review for pre booking experience. According to reviews of the guests who somehow managed to book their places, seems they didn't had pleasant stay in there.

Very nice place, from restaurant you have excellent view to the ski ⛷️:)

I visit this hotel during 1.200 km long ultracycling ride. Place is clean and quiet with especially hospitality staff. When I get to the hotel, at the late hours, lady at the reception desk, Mrs. Neira T. and waiter Bajro M. make everything that my short stay be comfortable. Thanks a lot!
