Comfortable, new, clean and with lots of taste arranged apartments. Great location! All what you need and much much more. Best part comes after. Talking about special, special spiritual & sight seeing guidance. Huge experience. Jackpot for all the guided! Thank you Leon 🙏
Enjoy!
Leon is a kind and to-the-point professional host who was nice enough to pick us up from the bus station and drive us to the flat, a gesture which was very much appreciated after a long journey to this quaint, healing, positive mountain town called Visoko. The apartment itself is more than reasonable for the price. Leon has multiple apartments in the complex and can accommodate to large crowds/families so check out his other listings too. A quick walk down the hill puts you in the center of the town with access to restaurants, cafes and the like. Getting to the pyramids or tunnels is relatively easy too, be it a cheap cab ride or a 15-20 minute walk. We will look forward to returning to Leon’s place in Visoko soon. Recommended.
Leon lied to us about the heat not working/Radiators being broken.
(Have it your way.)
Missed Train in Sarajevo to Visoko and waited 3 hours for the next Train.
Damp and sharply cold after sundown, stay warm with the blankets we had. Leon met us at the Train station and drove us to the Apartment, we had been awake over 36 hours and looking forward to getting settled, warmed up and relaxing. Entering the Building Leon quickly showed us a room in the "Holistic Center." Heading upstairs to the top Apartment,
Leon highlighted and made it a point to tell us how expensive heating is, which wasn't our problem. He added that the Radiators/heat was not working (broken) the Radiators stop working one by one in series
(which didn't make any sense, from my experience they don't work that way with all valves open). In the Apartment was a small convection heater without a fan, not plugged or turned on to warm the place prior to our arrival so we would be comfortable after a long journey. He didn't even have the heart or foresight to have the the place warm for us.
He asked us not to leave heater running while away, sort of made since in case of malfunction, fire hazard etc ( oh it's expensive).
The Apartment was freezing, almost outside temperature. We ran the heater a bit in the living room before going to bed, put the heater
in the bedroom we would be sleeping in (heater was more than suitable for heating a room of this size). In the morning Apartment was still
freezing except the bedroom where we had the heater. Moved the heater to the living room and took our showers in a freezing bathroom,
floor ice cold, that's not good for anybody. Think about it!!! My partner received a message by way of email or SMS asking her if we are warm enough (checking if the small heater was adequate saving him money and keeping the lie/ story going) Coming back from a full day at Ravne tunnel labyrinth and a bit of grocery shopping, we made and ate dinner wearing sweaters and a few extra layers to keep warm. To get warmer we put the heater back in the bedroom, ended up going to bed at 20:00pm. Later I awoke to the sound of water running through pipes thinking that guest below had been using the shower. I then figured after some time that the sound of water was coming the corner of the room where the pipes for the Radiator entered the room (didn't feel like getting up to confirm my sense, just wanted to go back to sleep and be warm). Next morning Kajsa came into the bedroom saying "guess what?" With that question I knew the heat / Radiators had been turned on. Got up quickly entering a warm living room making my way to the bathroom to check, ended up opening the valve. Realizing that we had been lied to made the place felt not safe, unwelcoming. While we had been asleep, Leon sent 4 or 5 SMS's asking if we are warm etc. Busted!!! Kajsa sent another email (reply) expressing what we had been through during the first 24 hours of our stay. She also asked to be reimbursed 30 - 50 euros. His reply message was a bit brutal, not addressing the matter, twisting and side stepping the issue. He also said the other guest had no complaints, the Apartments below have normal ceiling heights, not having almost 4 meters of Rooftop ceiling to heat. . Dude didn't even deny or admit the lie, no defense to cover up the lie. Busted!!! Top it all off, the day before our departure back to Stockholm, he sent us a message saying he hoped that we enjoyed our stay (something like that), he didn't ask what time would we like to be picked up for a ride to the Train station, no offer made knowing how much Luggage we had. Obviously his middle-finger to us for speaking up busting the lie. To be fair, place is very nice, great location, quiet, no TV's or flat screens on the walls, Kitchen has everything need for preparing meals etc,
nice beds and coverings, great view. Point. He lied. If the heat was truly out of order, the price ought to have been discounted or tell us to stay elsewhere. Plus weeks prior he sent an invoice for a higher amount than what was to be paid.
Clean, tastefully decorated, good location, great view from the blue apartment, very kind hosts!
Apartment we stayed in (violet) was perfect for out small group of friends. Single beds, very nice decorated, beatiful energies from pyramids and in apartment. Location: top noch, on the pyramid, jet just a few minutes walking and you are in strict center.
In ground floor is Holistic Center Aora and they have best massage I ever had not to mention best experiance in orgon generator.
Definetly will come back.
