Temple of Saints Joachim and Anna in Pucile. The temple measures 12.5x8.5 meters. Construction began in August 1998. The project of the temple was made by the company "Semberija-projekt" from Bijeljina, according to the ideas of the architect Slavko Lukić and the engineer Dragan Ilić. The foundations of the temple were consecrated by the Bishop of Zvornik and Tuzla, Mr. Vasilije on October 18, 1998. The godfather of the foundation was Jovan Čvrgić from Pučilo. The builders of the temple were Cedo Andric, Pantelija Mirkovic and Stevan Stanojlovic, all from Pucil. The dome crosses were consecrated by the competent archbishop Mr. Vasilije on October 16, 1999. The godfather of the crosses was Miroslav Stanojevic from Pucilo. From 1999 to 2001, the works were led by master Mićo Gajić from Pučilo with assistants. The temple was consecrated by the Bishop of Zvornik and Tuzla, Mr. Vasilije on September 23, 2001. The godparents of the temple were brothers Đuro, Miroslav and Uglješa Stanojlović from Pucilo. The oak iconostasis was made by Obrad Trišić from Bijeljina. The tree for the iconostasis was donated by Savo Andrić from Pucilo. The icons on the iconostasis were painted by Aleksandar Vasiljević from Doboj. The works on the fresco painting of the temple were performed on two occasions: from September 28 to December 3, 2011 and from December 14, 2012 to March 15, 2013. The painting was done by three icon painters: Bojan Živić-Milić from Belgrade, Dragan Živković from Kragujevac and Radoš Vasić from Niš. All three masters come from the famous icon-painting workshop of Petar Bilic from Belgrade. The frescoes in the temple are made in the Byzantine style, using the seko technique. The fresco was consecrated by the Bishop of Zvornik and Tuzla, Mr. Chrysostom, September 28, 2014
