One of the worst banks in world. No body speaks english and no body want to assist you! I dont recommend to anybody especially foreigners.
Even the branch's manager is so irresponsible, doesn't care and doesnt speak english! Its like a bad governmental Institute where you wait for ages and when your turn is up you run after employees and no body assists you! Its so clear that they got their jobs by connections! This is supposed to be an international bank! All that and they have very high fees! I would give it 0 starts if im able to.
Nice and helpful staff, however had to wait in line for so long.
I have a love-hate relationship with this bank...
It's a calm day there. I walk in, grab a ticket, and before long I'm at a counter, explaining my request. The employee is a kind lady who handles my request professionally and effectively. Then, for my not-so-simple request, she forwards me to another employee, and tells me she has put me in that queue.
Very well. It's not a busy day, so I don't mind waiting a few other people.
Up until this point, I've been there for about 5 minutes. Now, the waiting begins.
The customer who is already there takes about 15 minutes to be served and leave. The next one; 10 minutes. Then few faster ones. And then, a lady with number format similar to mine, walks in, and explains she was forwarded just like me...except, her number is 33 whereas mine is 22. Hmm, something doesn't look right here.
So I stand there for another 15 minutes and when this lady leaves, I approach the room and ask what's going on, after I explain the situation.
I am told to pay more attention to pings and make sure not to miss my number, and that I will be served after the queue is resolved. Now, I'm pretty sure my number never came up, but I decide to leave it at just a mention of this, and ask the employee to please put me in the queue so I don't get pushed back to infinity due to constant arrival of new customers. She looks at me, then welcomes the next customer.
I decide to get a new ticket.
15 minutes later, I'm still waiting.
Another customer support room becomes available and it's quickly my new ticket's turn. I walk in, and walk out 5 minutes later, problem solved. An experience that's a pleasure...
...except, the employee I have to see for another thing is apparently in a meeting. I'm told to wait "a little bit."
I'm still waiting. In fact, I write this whole review while I wait.
At this point, I'm thinking...maybe I'll be waiting here until the end of my life.
What happened to this bank? It used to be a professional bank however I can't say the same for now. Firstly, ever since they renovated the place there are more offices and less wait for the cashier part. But the offices are empty (I was there during weekday) and there's a lot of wait. This one lady (can't even call her that because she is very rude) started shouting and the bank employee took her infront of the line. So what should we do? Start shouting? I had a very long wait because this one person had to be taken infront of the line, and afterwards the employee took the other man because he was impaired and I understand that but isn't that for me to decide if I want to let him first? I don't think all customers are treated fairly in this facility. Waiting an hour and half for opening a simple bank account? I think not. The employees in the offices are kind and nice however this really doesn't help with the overall wait. 2 stars only because of them being nice.
The worst bank!
They do not inform you at all about the outcome of the application you are applying for!
When you call them, they ask “didn’t you get the message” and they are obliged to inform the clients!
HORROR !!!
