Worst service. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes in line to replace the card, and there were only two people in line in front of me. However, the person in charge of making sure to enter in the order in which he arrives is obviously doing his job extremely unscrupulously and doesn’t care how much that watch means to anyone. He lets two people across the line (the reason is unknown because the person who lets people across the line is not a banker ??), and considering the diligence of the person who works, two people released across the line mean an hour spent in line in vain. There are many ways this problem could be solved, and they chose not to solve it.

The quality of a bank is when it does not allow credit card payments electronically and that the client stands in line for hours during a pandemic to make a payment because he cannot use electronic payment. It is only in a raiffeisen bank that such an absurdity is possible. People who have been banned from using electronic credit card payments should be ashamed. With this behavior, they want clients to get sick in the ranks and their branches, and maybe even worse, to fail to cope with the disease, sadly.

Disaster waiting 45 minutes, one employee working in 4 locked outlets half an hour before the end of working hours and 15 people waiting in front are not served, and this one star is a lot.
