From what I've heard they are highly skilled, but I was treated disrespectfully. I entered their office with a proper mask, trying to book an appointment for an emergency/problem I have with my jaw. I was rudely told by Mrs/Miss X to leave and avoid "useless entries", and to go and make a phone reservation in a month time. I do understand they are busy, but the same message could have been delivered in a nicer way and polite tone. After all, if you're having a bad day don't throw it to your customers.

One of the best dentist in town. Very professional and his is expert in his speciality. Recommend!

Bad experience, especially considering how much they are praised. For my last arrival (announced 15 minutes earlier) I was 5-10 minutes late. It was only on arrival that I was told that due to the course of the delay they were postponing the examination for 30 minutes. It is the only time that I am late and of course it says that it is up to me and that other people's time should be respected. However, on the other hand, I do not know whether it has ever happened that the doctor _did not_ be late for an appointment, either because he is not there or is still working with the patient - without any announcement, explanation or apology or anything. On first arrival I waited for if not 20 minutes for the doctor to apologize to someone - literally just the three of us in the waiting room and they were talking about private things and life and people from their lives. And when it was finally my turn, it became obvious that he just wanted to finish the conversation as soon as possible, even though he was closely tied to the reason for my arrival, not any gossip. Disrespect to that extent in half of my sentence just picked up the phone and started typing and no matter what I was saying. Then I showed myself the way out and didn’t even hear a response to “goodbye”. Jasmina (name?) Is a shade more polite so she doesn't take the phone to type but just says "goodbye" in half a sentence. As someone else mentioned in the reviews that they do not show respect - true. I won't even go into details about the insolence while I'm in the chair and while they're working. Extra stars for a job well done and painless work, also an early appointment and a discount although I believe this is partly because I come by recommendation. I came on a recommendation and because of the need for a specialist - I didn't need it again. And I will review the professionals who recommend these "professionals" to me in the future.

If Dr. Benjamin Bejtovic is kind and professional, then his wife, dr. Jasmina Bejtovic is totally unkind and repulsive to patients. One might say that she is an expert, but as long as she does not have a dental nurse with her, the end result of her work is poor quality. As he works, he often knows how to make faces and roll his eyes. It used to feel like he was doing his job. Realistically, their services are expensive for what they offer and what they present themselves.

I have looked at exceptional service, with a lot of patience and expertise in dealing with patients, for the past year. Always kind and when I run in for urgency, I've never been returned. Operations performed, WITHOUT PAIN. Warm recommendations for dr. Jasmine and Dr. Benjamin. Healthy teeth smile beautifully. Thanks again.
