It is stated here that it is open until 5 pm and yesterday I arrived at 4:35 pm and the branch was closed! It doesn't matter that the door of the office on the narrow strips is amateurly written that the opening hours are until 4.30pm. Yesterday I saw on this site that the opening hours were until 5pm, the branch was closed beforehand, I couldn't get to the city by 5pm to make an important payment ...
