The worst polyclinic in Sarajevo, and the worst staff, especially the dental office
Avoid everyone
As for expertise, it's ok. But for my money that he has to wait for you for more than an hour from the scheduled appointment, that is out of my mind. They messed up a little bit publicly and privately, they are rude about it and my advice to you is go to the hospital and get checked out for free.
