Modern hotel built in 2014. Very clean. Located in suburbs of Nedzarici close to the airport and public tram which can take you to the city center. Plenty secure parking. Very kind staff that goes out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Highly recommend.

Hi. This is my second stay here and my final. After first visit I was satisfy with Hotel, this morning was pretty bad. First I had to change rooms right away for bathroom door not closing or locking. Then soap dispenser was not working ( only one). I changed rooms and was ok. However when I went to sleep. The electrical box was next to the room door, and was clicking loudly every 10 seconds. But when I was checking out and telling the person at the desk. He was rude and not apologik for anything. On top of that my rate was in dollars and he converted to local currency. $41-BAM 80 which is 15% more than rate is. Too bad for Hotel to be run poorly. My money is going somewhere else.

Ratio between quality and price is very good. Rooms are on the smaller side but very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is just OK, eggs were cold and uncovered. Location of the hotel is close to the airport but few kilometers from the center. Very affordable.

It was nice. The staff are super friendly and nice. The rooms are clean. Overall, a nice stay. The breakfast food could be a bit better though.

I visited the hotel with a Turkish touristic tour on 1st of June 2019. The rooms were very small for three guests. Also the bathrooms were small. I needed to ask the reception for soup, hair dryer and slipper. The staff was helpful and could communicate in english. The dinner at the hotel was very poor for the tour groups. Eating with loud live music in small saloon was a kind of torture.
