The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina is the executive body of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and has all executive powers except those provided for the President and Vice Presidents of the Federation. The seat of the Federation Government is in Sarajevo, and the ministries are also located in Mostar. According to the Constitution of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the division of executive powers is established between the President of the Federation, the Vice President of the Federation, the Prime Minister, the Deputy Prime Minister and the Ministers. The Prime Minister is responsible for: implementing the policy and enforcing the laws of the federal government, including ensuring the enforcement of decisions of the courts of the Federation; proposing the removal of the President of the Federation; proposing and giving recommendations in the field of legislation and preparing budget proposals to the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Deputy Prime Ministers are responsible for: performing the duties of the Minister; assisting the Prime Minister in policy implementation and law enforcement; deciding whether to seek the opinion of the Constitutional Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the performance of the duties of the Prime Minister when he is unable to perform his function or when the position of Prime Minister is vacant until the new Prime Minister takes office. Each minister is responsible for: implementing federal policy and enforcing federal laws within the jurisdiction of his or her ministry or performing tasks assigned to him or her by the prime minister; managing, coordinating and supervising the activities of its ministry; issuing instructions, instructions, orders and enacting regulations; assisting the Prime Minister in implementing federal policy and enforcing the laws of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, etc. The Federation government consists of the Prime Minister (Prime Minister) and sixteen ministers. Eight ministers are Bosniaks, five ministers are Croats and three ministers are Serbs. One minister from the ranks of the Others may be appointed by the Prime Minister from the quota of the most numerous constituent people. From among the ministers, two deputy prime ministers are appointed from different constituent peoples in relation to the president. The President of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the consent of both Vice-Presidents, shall appoint the Government after consultation with the Prime Minister or the candidate for Prime Minister. The Government is elected if its appointment is confirmed by a majority vote of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Government may be removed by a decision of the President of the Federation with the consent of the Vice President or by a vote of no confidence in each of the houses of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The President of the Federation dismisses the ministers on the proposal of the Prime Minister. not only is it no longer the majority territory, as it was until 1991, but the ethnic cleansing of Christians (Croats and Serbs) continues and in the FBiH together there are barely about 15% and in the territory of FBiH which does not include Hercegbosna barely about 2 up to 3% and for example in Sarajevo there are about 2% of Croats and Serbs (pensioners and budget ikebana)
