Kutubdia College is first college in Kutubdia Island established in 1985. It was established by Principal A.M.Mannan with the earnest support of his family.He is a social reformer & great educationist who pioneered to spread education amongst poor students of this isolated island. Following this tide Kutubdia College became fully Govt. enlisted college since 2016.

It is the only college in Kutubdia which has been recently governmentalized. It plays an important role in keeping the students of Kutubdia flowing into higher education for financial or any other family reasons.
