I , Dr Tanmay Ray, (MBBs, MD,, DDM ) products of this school, now this is a school but previously it was GURUKUL. Why.......????? Because along with the school at that time there were so many people who devoted their life for school and surrounding villages, I want to name one of them my father..... Botbunia secondary school is running science 1928 AD. This school established beside the river bank. The embankment of Botbunia bazar is protecting the school usually. Most of the students comes surround the Tildanga, Kamarkhola and Pankhali. The single storied building standing while it established. During the emergency period the school use as shelter.

Batbunia High School is one of the renowned institutions of Dacope.
