In the history of India, Mughal emperor Mumtaz Mahal is not only immortal because of the Taj Mahal. Apart from the Taj Mahal, people of India have achieved another wonderful thing because of his good taste. That thing is biryani, our favorite food of all. It is reported that once Mumtaz Mahal went to the barracks to monitor the situation of the Mughal soldiers. But the Emperor saw with great sadness the health condition of the soldiers. So he directed himself to the Military Mess's Baburchi to create a nutritious diet rich in rice and meat that could restore the soldiers' broken health. The food that Baburchi created at the behest of Emperor Mumtaz Mahal is known today as biryani. After eating, the delicious biryani did not have to wait long for the Joyful Mughals to win the food table. Wherever the Mughals went to India, they spread the taste of Biriyani among the people. It has again taken a new dimension into the hands of the locals. And that's why so many kinds of biriyani from Dhaka to the west of Peshawar! So much diversity!
